GENERAL RULES OF CONDUCT

DRESS CODE

Uniform is compulsory for all students on all working days.

IDENTITY CARD

All students must wear identity cards on all days including days of examination, special classes and vacation.

MOBILE

Mobile Phones are strictly prohibited in the Campus

RAGGING

Ragging is prohibited in the campus. Students are warned that as per the provisions of the Kerala provision of Ragging act 1998 and order of the University of Calicut, Ragging within or outside the college is strictly prohibited.

If any student is found guilty on the parameters of the law of ragging, he or she shall be punished for 2 years imprisonment along with fine. Any student convicted of an offence under section 4 of the Act shall be dismissed from the institution for a period of three years and such student shall not be admitted in any other educational institution for a period of 3 years from the date or order of such dismissal.

GENERAL

  1. Students are expected to maintain dignity and decorum on all occasions
  2. The college properties should be handled with utmost care. Students shall not disfigure the the walls, windows or furniture by writing on them or sticking bills.
  3. Students are not allowed to loiter in the verandas and the campus during class hours. Students are not allowed to enter other classes.
  4. Indecent behavior towards teachers and fellow students will not compromised.
  5. Students should not be absent from the class without proper leave letter signed by their parents.
  6. 75% of attendance in regular classes and Good Progress and Conduct are compulsory for appearing in the University examinations and for promotion to higher classes.
  7. Students should keep their classrooms neat and tidy.
