The Department of Commerce and Management was started in 2015. Initially the department offered B. Com and BBA degree with Finance as optional course. The sanctioned strength is 40. In 2021 M. Com was started with sanctioned strength of 15 seats. Since 2024, it has started offering B.Comwith Honours. The department is having highly qualified and experienced teachers. Ouralumni are pursuing higher studies in various universities in India and abroad and well placed in different walks of life as managers of different organizations, entrepreneurs etc. As part of curricular activities, the department has organized many programs over the years like workshops, invited lectures, management fest etc
The Department of Commerce and Management offers two courses; BBA and BCom (Finance). The Department has started offering a 2 year MCom (Finance) – 4 semesters programme, from the academic year (2020-21). The department organizes various seminars, programs, field trips and activities for student development and subject delivery. The Entrepreneurship Development Club works along with department and organizes seminars and programs to enhance entrepreneurship skills among students.
